We are a small, family-owned and operated business that has been in existence since May 2008. Our driver has had 16 years of experience in garbage collection and is well-versed in customer service as well. We are currently only serving the county areas of Sierra Vista, Arizona. We are locally owned and operated. So, any money made here, stays here!
Our mission is to exceed customer expectations by providing personal, professional and reliable service. As customers ourselves, we know the importance of being treated with courtesy and respect.

Billing Cycles (Effective March 2015)
All customers will begin paying on a bi-monthly basis (every other month). For example, the invoice sent in March will be for April and May service. Therefore, all bills will be reduced by one month’s worth of service. We believe this will be beneficial for all customers, especially those in the military or on retirement. This change will take place in March 2015.
Late Fees (Effective Immediately)
All customers who do not notify us of a late payment will be assessed a $20 late fee effective immediately. Please remember that you have a 5-day grace period from the due date listed on the bottom of your invoice. This late fee will be assessed after the grace period, unless you notify us of a late payment.
Administrative Fee (Effective March 2015)
All customers who have their invoices mailed to them, will have an extra fee in the amount of $2.50 added to each of their bills starting in March of 2015. This will cover the cost of postage, paper, ink, envelopes and labor used to mail their invoices. Customers who have “paperless” billing will not be assessed this fee. Any customer who wishes to change to paperless billing, prior to March 2015, can call the office with their email address.
Route Changes (Effective early 2015)
All routes are currently being reviewed by our owners. In early 2015, there will be changes to your service days. All customers will be notified of these changes as soon as possible.
